Practical Implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Using the LACE Framework

A two-day session that covers the fundamentals of Savania’s trademarked Learn, Act, Celebrate (LACE) Framework for building and maintaining organisational cultures based on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in teams and organisations.

Who is it for?

This session is designed for people leading or supporting DEI efforts in their organisation or team, regardless of title. That includes those leading or supporting DEI as their primary role, secondary role, or volunteers. Examples of common participants include: HR Director, HR Deputy Director, Head of People, Director of People, Head of Organisation Culture, DEI Lead, DEI Director, HR Manager, People Lead, People Group Lead.


Participants will gain in-depth understanding, knowledge, and practical solutions to develop and implement a sustainable and effective programme of DEI work. That includes the following

  • How to effectively assess their organisation/team’s maturity

  • How to allocate practical actions for everyone in the organisation

  • Effective ways to learn and celebrate diversity

  • How to overcome common challenges and pitfalls

  • How to measure success

In addition to the rich content, participants will also receive a signed copy of the Learn, Act, Celebrate book.

They will also have the option to receive one-on-one follow-up support in designing and delivering their DEI work from Savania.
