Author/Thought-Leader

As one of the leading voices in DEI, Savania developed his own framework, the Learn, Act, Celebrate (LACE) framework, and is the author of the book with the same title. The framework sets out a simple, comprehensive, and practical approach for developing and embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) based culture in organisations. The framework can be used to build diverse and inclusive cultures in teams and organisations of any type and size and in any part of the world.  This book is an indispensable resource for leaders, managers, and employees who take Diversity and Inclusion (of their workplaces, products, and services, and products) seriously.
