What is it?

A one-day session that covers the fundamentals of Savania’s trademarked Learn, Act, Celebrate (LACE) Framework for building and maintaining organisational cultures based on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in teams and organisations.

This session is designed for those in leadership positions, including those who lead DEI efforts in their organisation or team. Examples of common participants include: Vice Presidents, Directors, Deputy Directors, Division Heads, Leads, etc.
