What is it?


This is a unique one-to-one experience to learn first-hand everything Savania knows about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and organisational culture from his extensive personal and professional experience. Expanding on the contents of his book and in-depth understanding of his (LACE framework), Savania will coach leaders on practical, comprehensive approaches for building and sustaining a thriving organisational culture based on DEI.


Who is it for?


This coaching is appropriate for anyone in a leadership position or aspiring to get into leadership. You should get this coaching if you are any of the following.


​How does it work?


To achieve a great outcome, the leaders receiving the coaching must read Savania’s book or attend one or both of the following courses: Practical Implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Using the LACE Framework or  Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for Leaders.

After that, the leader can choose 3, 5, or 8 one-to-one coaching sessions in which Savania will expand and dig deeper into the framework and implementation. After the set sessions, leaders can request as many sessions as they want (but the extra sessions will be charged for separately).

One-to-one coaching will elevate a leader from a champion of DEI to a well-informed practitioner, giving them the knowledge to know how to set up DEI initiatives and drive them to success whether they do it themselves or hire someone else, a team, or an external supplier.


Pricing

  • £300 – 3 sessions

  • £450 – 5 sessions

  • £600 – 8 sessions

  • £60 per additional 1-hour session (no limit)
