What is it?
This is a unique one-on-one experience designed to provide firsthand knowledge about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and organizational culture, based on Savania's extensive personal and professional experience. Building on the concepts in his book and his in-depth understanding of organisational culture frameworks, Savania will coach leaders on practical and comprehensive strategies for creating and sustaining a thriving organizational culture focused on DEI.
Who is it for?
This coaching is ideal for anyone in a leadership position or aspiring to become a leader.
How does it work?
To achieve optimal results, leaders are encouraged to read Savania’s book or attend one or both of the following courses that he offers: "Practical Implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Using the LACE Framework" or "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for Leaders."
After completing this initial step, if you are able to, you can then decide how many one-on-one coaching sessions you need. During these sessions, Savania will delve deeper into various frameworks and approaches and practical steps for boosting inclusivity. Following the initial session, you may request additional sessions as needed.
